- We are currently accepting and reviewing applications for experienced, licensed, full-time therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who will provide clinical counseling, community psychoeducation workshops, and group therapy as part of our therapeutic services.
We are one of OHA’s culturally-specific designated sites and support affirming care for LGBTQIA+ populations. We love the work we get to do with an incredibly diverse range of clients and serve couples, relationships, individuals, and organizations – primarily adults, navigating life events, who have given us an invitation to come alongside them. Current Openings:
Licensed, Experienced Mental Health Therapists – Full Time (23-25 kept sessions a week)
Our clinical therapists provide services through individual, relationships, families, community psychoeducation, and group therapy. Therapy services include treatment of adults and their relational systems. We are currently looking for licensed providers (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) with experience in full-time therapy post graduate degree alongside proven training and experience to serve adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relational stress, and trauma. We also welcome licensed candidates who are fully-approved clinical supervisors or committed to pursuing clinical supervision status. Candidates can come prepared to share about their specific niche, population, and specialty, as well as their therapeutic posture and theoretical orientation. This position is for employee status at full-time with full benefits and includes an expected annual compensation range between $88,000 – $106,500, dependent on training, experience, and kept sessions. For the experienced licensed clinician (2+ years licensed), most candidates will fall within our $93,000–$106,500 range. We are hiring for those who can start between 1-3 months after interviewing. We can also work with candidates who are transitioning from another life or career stage while simultaneously building a caseload with Second Growth.
2027 Associates Program – we will be interviewing in early spring of 2027 for the next cohort!
The unique time between graduation and licensure is exciting, challenging, and full of growth edges! Our step-by-step developmental journey is supported with supervision, consultation, training resources, and solidarity to build a foundation for the work and its impact. We’ll be accepting applications to bring on a small cohort of experienced Board-Registered Associates into our Second Growth community of care and contribution. Associates in the program are full-time employees (23 kept client hours each week) with robust benefits, and includes an expected annual compensation range between 67,500 – $75,000, dependent on training, experience, and kept sessions.
