Second Growth is a growing group practice in Portland, Oregon, creating social impact through therapeutic experiences. Our vision is to see our community filled with purpose, passion, and compassion where all members are valued and have opportunities for contribution and connection. From caseloads to events, workshops, groups, advocacy, and partnerships, our therapists are dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing, destigmatizing mental health, and facilitating environments for growth.

Experienced Couples & Relationship Therapist (2 positions)

This clinical therapist will provide services through individual, couples/relationships, families, community psychoeducation, and group therapy. Therapy services include treatment of adults, couples, relationships, and families. We are currently looking for either licensed providers (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) or experienced Registered Associates (at least 1 full year of full-time therapy post graduate degree) with proven training and experience to serve both couples/relationships, as well as adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma. Candidates are encourage to share if they have a specific niche, population, or specialty. This position is for full-time (25 clinical sessions completed a week) employee status with a compensation range between $45-$65 per clinical hour of practice, dependent on training and experience. Anticipated start date includes spring or early summer 2023. We can also work with candidates who are transitioning out of a position while simultaneously building a caseload with Second Growth.

 Experienced Mental Health Therapist (2 positions)

This clinical therapist will provide services through individual, community psychoeducation, and group therapy. Therapy services include treatment of adults and families. We are currently looking for licensed providers (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) or experienced Registered Associates (at least 1 full year of full-time therapy post graduate degree) with proven training and experience to serve adults and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma. Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

This clinical therapist will provide English and Spanish services through individual, couples, community psychoeducation, and group therapy. Therapy services include treatment of adults, couples, and families. We are currently looking for providers who are licensed or working towards licensure as Registered Associates (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Registered Associates) with proven training and experience to serve both couples/relationships, as well as adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma. Candidates are encourage to share if they have a specific niche, population, or specialty. This position is for either part-time (15 clinical sessions completed a week) or full-time (25 clinical sessions completed a week) employee status with a compensation range between $45-$65 per clinical hour of practice, dependent on training and experience. Anticipated start date is spring or summer 2023. We can also work with candidates who are transitioning out of a position while simultaneously building a caseload with Second Growth.

 Billing Specialist (Coming Spring 2023)

The Billing Specialist supports our mental health team by providing administrative assistance in the practice. This position works directly with clinicians, other admin staff, insurances, and clients regarding fees and payments for services. Duties include managing invoices, insurance claims, payments, financial reporting, verifying insurance, following up on authorizations, communicating with clients and updating clinicians. This position is for a part-time employee (15-20 hours a week) with a compensation range between $20-$25 per hour, dependent on training, experience, and familiarity with mental healthcare billing. With company growth, additional time and benefits may become available. Work is currently remote with the possibility of future on-site work in the Portland metro area. Flexible schedule, hybrid (remote/in-person) work options, onboarding training period.  *Preference for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates!
