Start Your Therapy Journey
3. Start Meeting with Your Therapist!
Our telehealth platform is a secure, safe, and convenient way to meet. We are exclusively online during COVID protocols.
Need to update a phone number or change a payment card? Pay your bill or switch insurance information? You can access this through your secure account in our client portal platform. Let your therapist or our admin know of this change so we can make sure you’re all set-up and good to go.
We prioritize holding space for each client with their therapist. When you aren’t at your appointment and have not provided 48-hours notice, other clients who also need an appointment that week miss out on the opportunity to be seen. Cancellations or missed appointments with under 48-hours notice are charged the full session fee with the payment card on file. Most insurance companies will not cover a cancellation fee or missed appointment and this is the financial responsibility of the client. Become familiar with this policy so you can make the most of your scheduling preferences and have information about your choices.
A pattern of cancellations or missed appointments may delay or terminate services.
For clients under the care of Medicaid, we follow their ever-changing policies.

Fees & Insurance
Our initial session rate is $190. All subsequent sessions are $180. We offer a discount to $150 (discounted to $120 for sessions with Registered Associate clinicians) for those paying at the time of service, often referred to as private or cash pay.
We are in-network with Pacific Source, MODA, Trillium OHP, and Health Share (CareOregon) and Modern Health. For clients using one of these insurances or programs, we accept the contracted rate for that insurance. We verify benefits prior to a confirmed appointment as a courtesy.
